PSP (Original) can be easily hacked in any firmware
PSP3000 well….It can be hacked but for chosen firmwares only……….

well i have a psp 3004 and my friend has a psp 1004 so the main difference is the size. the psp 1004 you will get system version 1. something but if you buy a slim 3004 you will get a higher system version like 4.50 and the psp 1000 series(phat) can be permanently hacked for playing iso’s and homebrew games.but the psp 3000 series cannot be hacked permanently (well not till today) you can only hack it using chickhen and use cfw(custom firmware) enabler to simulate 5.03 m33-6.so if your going to buy a psp i,d say that 3004 is kinda better than 1000 cuz you can browse and more options are there.and if you want to play iso’s you can use chickhen and install any custom firmware .but you should only put the psp in sleep mode .if you turn it off you’ll lose your cfw.but the my choice-3004 if you want more info check in youtube or pspmods.com
3000 has a mic, but the original 1000 is a little heavier duty
Hello everbody. The diffrence between psp 1004 and 3000 is mainly its a lot lighter and the screen in wider. I have the original psp which I bought 2 years and 5 months ago for £130. It still works now so I am not bothered getting the 3000 one because they are very much the same. Insted with my pocket money I am saving up for a dsi which is £140. Yes there is a diffrence but if you have the old one don’t get the lighter one.
Hello psp’s fans..i have psp3004 PB just bought it a few days ago.. my first impression- screen is good and clear to watch..the system and games are so cool..u’ll find it urself when u buy 1..but make sure u know how to restore the gen 5 firmware cos u might not be able to play games when it restart or the psp restarted itself..but overall i suggest save ur money to get one of these good console.. adiossss..
